Fergal Connolly is a London-based food stylist and writer. Fergal has a broad and varied experience across print & film, with over 20 years of experience in food styling.

Fergal started cooking under the tutelage of Anton Edelman at the Savoy Hotel. From there Fergal worked around the world for numerous restaurants and hotels.

Fergal continued his journey in food working on numerous books and magazine publications. 

Fergal’s first major campaign was the infamous Delia & Heston Waitrose campaign which ran for 3 years making over 30 adverts.

Fergal has worked on award-winning campaigns for Lurpak, Waitrose, McDonalds, Maille & Tesco. 

Fergal is also a member of the Guild of Food Writers.
